MEDITATION AND THOUGHT WAVES

Inside the human frame dwells the Being, the Soul, which is the spark of the Supreme God. You all are that spark, the all-pervading light and truth. To realise your true nature you are pursuing sadhna.

During meditation when you, the Being, are diving deep into the core layers of consciousness, you experience the delight of your true Self. The calmness you experience during and after meditation is due to the reflection of your own Self on your mental and vital plane. But this experience will not come to you if you are not crossing the mental plane which consists of thought waves. The nature of the thought waves during your meditation is an indication of your present state of sadhna life.

If thought waves are physical you are in the world of matter, if these are mental and vital you are in the world of memory and ambition. If these are psychic in nature then you are in the inner path. Analyse the nature of your thoughts during meditation and enter to the psychic world through constant contemplation.
