Selected Writings of Swami Sri Atmananda

The writings of Swami Sri Atmananda, even when discussing familiar topics, take a different perspective than you may have seen before; the perspective of his own insights and revelations as provided him by the Divine. For example, although meditation is known to provide many physical and psychological benefits, Swami does not discuss those. It is not that he is unaware of them or in some way disagrees ... for him, meditation is a process which elevates human consciousness to experience the Divine. As a further example, although the Bhagavad Gita can guide us in our daily lives, Swami discusses it primarity from the perspective of how it guides us in our spiritual seeking of the Divine.

Although Swami Sri Atmananda is a prolific writer and lecturer on spiritual topics, little of that content is currently available in computer text format. We present here those few writings which have been converted to date. Many more are currently undergoing the conversion process. Our volunteers are willing and devoted, but they are also encouraged to bring Divine Consciousness down into their daily lives (i.e. they still have busy lives outside of their spiritual practice).
