ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
The alien must be a foreign national, whose country has an appropriate treaty with U.S., employed here by a business at least 50% owned by his country's nationals, solely to carry on trade, of which at least 50% is between the U.S. and his nation.
The alien must have executive or supervisory status, or essential skills.

TREATY INVESTOR, SPOUSE AND CHILDREN
Any foreign national, with accompanying or following spouse or child, who wishes to enter the U.S. in accordance with the provisions of a treaty of commerce and navigation between the U.S. and the alien's nation, to manage an enterprise, in which he or she has invested, or is investing, capital.
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
The alien must be a foreign national, whose country has an appropriate treaty with the U.S.
The enterprise must have "substantial trade" with the U.S.
At least 50% of the enterprise has to be owned by his country's nationals.
The alien has to demonstrate a "substantial investment" in the enterprise.
