Double Click on the Outlook Express Icon
Click the Tools Menu item and the Accounts
Click on the Add button and Click on News
Click Next
In the Name field type your Full Name, such as John Smith
Click Next
In the Email Address field type your E-mail address, such as johndoe@wave.net
Click Next
News (NNTP) server should be news.wave.net
Do not check My News Server requires me to log on
Click Next
For the Internet News account name type WaveNet News
Click Next
Click on the button connect using a modem
Click Next
Click on use an existing dial-up connection and choose WaveNet
Click Next
Now Click Finish
You can Click on the Tools Menu item and Options if you wish to customize your program.
For further instructions click on the Help menu Item at the top of the screen. Then click Content and Index
and pick the topic you are interested in.
